About the role
- Katz, Sapper & Miller (KSM) is seeking a Senior Associate to join our growing Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice.
- This role provides the opportunity to take a leading role in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients.
- The position offers a dynamic and flexible work environment with exposure to a wide variety of industries and transaction types.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements, managing workflow and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
- Lead management meetings with target company executives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within Transaction Advisory, Audit, or a related finance role.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and the M&A process.
- Proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling, databook design, and financial analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex findings clearly.
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels, exercising discretion and judgment.
Nice to have
- CPA, CFA, or progress toward certification preferred.
