About the role
- Accountant reports to a Corporate Accounting Manager and assists with tasks throughout the month with a focus on maintaining accurate cash balances, completing entries for month-end close, and compiling draft financials for review by the manager.

Responsibilities
- Maintain daily cash reconciliations and prepare month-end bank reconciliations. The senior would oversee cash recs and wire distribution between markets and prepare partner distribution packets.
- Review invoice coding and prepare AP batches for review by the managing partner.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline is required.
- GAAP knowledge and some experience required.
- Proficient knowledge of Excel is required including creation and troubleshooting Pivot Tables and various formulas.
Nice to have
- The ability to work with a large volume of data is preferred.
- Commercial Real Estate or similar service industry experience is preferred.
- ERP accounting software experience is required
- Yardi and/or Workday is a plus.
