- Position Overview The Vice President, Business Relationship Management (BRM) is a senior technology and business leader responsible for aligning enterprise technology capabilities with strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Partner with ELT on business strategy, business cases, KPI development, and prioritization.
- Co‑create technical roadmaps with business and IT leaders that support long‑term enterprise objectives.
- Lead the team responsible for gathering, validating, and prioritizing business requirements.
- Drive operational excellence and optimization of business‑critical systems and processes.
- Monitor success metrics and deliver continuous improvement recommendations.
- Partner with IT leaders to address system enhancements, new technology requests, risk mitigation, and cybersecurity concerns.
- Build trusted, transparent relationships with business stakeholders across all levels.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing BRM organization-including BRMs, BAs, and IT Support roles (final structure TBD).
- Align team capacity to business demand and adjust structure as needed to support enterprise growth.

Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, business consulting, business relationship management, or related strategic roles.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical plans and roadmaps.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with executive‑level business leaders to shape strategy and deliver technology‑enabled outcomes.
- Strong background in project/portfolio management, process improvement, and enterprise technology environments.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience leading large teams and developing talent in cross‑functional environments.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
