About the role
- This role focuses on identifying and engaging contractors, construction firms, and industrial operators who can benefit from flexible equipment leasing and financing options.
Responsibilities
- Own the customer journey all the way to booking a demo.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, pipeline activity, and deal stages in the CRM.
Requirements
- 3+ years of business development, SDR/BDR, or inside sales experience
- Experience selling into construction, industrial, equipment, or logistics sectors
- Strong outbound prospecting and lead qualification skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable discussing financial models such as purchasing, leasing, financing, and equipment utilization
Nice to have
- Experience with construction/heavy equipment sales
- Familiarity with equipment categories such as earthmoving, lifting, compaction, or material handling
- Knowledge of construction project cycles and contractor procurement processes
- CRM experience (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar)
