Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end UX design for assigned initiatives - from discovery to concepting through wireframes, prototypes and final designs
- Partner closely with internal/external developers and other team members to ensure designs are implemented as intended
- Contribute to and maintain UX design standards, patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency across experiences.
- Ensure all internally designed UX projects meet website accessibility (WCAG) requirements
- Participate in competitive analysis to find opportunities and make recommendations which increase revenue, optimize site usability, and increase sell-through rate
- Take part in UX reviews, workshops, and critiques with cross-functional partners
- Balances multiple UX initiatives simultaneously, navigating speed, quality, and risk to deliver high impact design solutions
- Maintains clarity, patience, and objectivity while giving and receiving constructive feedback across teams and partner groups
Nice to have
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a strong focus on website or digital platform design
- Experience with Figma is required
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence is preferred
- Experience designing responsive apparel ecommerce websites strongly preferred
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human-Computer Interaction, UX/Interactive Design, Graphic Design or related experience
