About the role

Within the salary range, the individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience working in a design and/or application engineering role.
5+ years of design and/or application engineering experience with semiconductors, MEMS devices, and/or Electronic Control Modules with an understanding of the automotive electronics market.
Knowledge of vehicle systems including, navigation and mobility, ADAS, and safety systems including airbag systems.
Ability to travel nationally/internationally as required for customer meetings, training, and customer support.
May be required to spend 2 weeks in Germany for initial technical training.
Customer PPAP coordination and support as required

Knowledge of robotics in environments of manufacturing, humanoid and others.
Experienced with electronic engineering tools such as oscilliscopes, that are required for product development.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a clear understanding of the business environment as a supplier to Automotive Tier 1's and/or OEM's.
Candidates must live within commutable distance from the Bosch Sunnyvale, CA facility and be available to come into the office weekly (or as required).
