Requirements
- 7+ years of UX research experience on digital products, with a proven track record of insights that led to measurable product improvements.
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods, paired with the judgment to know when to use which.
- Experience conducting complex research at scale.
- Proven ability to present research to executive audiences and influence the decisions that follow.
- Experience with B2B products that support business productivity, project management, or processes.
Compensation
- US employees receive 12 paid holidays per year
- Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from.
- US Base Salary Pay Range
- $155,000 - $187,500 USD
