Griffith Foods is hiring a Scientist to lead Griffith Foods Canada Research & Development projects to develop new and optimized products for key clients that support the overall Griffith Foods business strategy.

Operates specialized equipment, evaluates materials and finished products, and supports production trials as required.
Represents R&D in sensory panels and customer presentations, contributing technical insight and product expertise.

Griffith Foods is hiring a Scientist to lead Griffith Foods Canada Research & Development projects to develop new and optimized products for key clients that support the overall Griffith Foods business strategy.

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Research & Development or a related role within the food industry.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to twice per year, as required by business needs.
CAD $70,000 to $85,000 annually

Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
