About the role

Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!

Developing training and ensuring team member training records are accurate.
Working with engineering team to develop assembly processes and evaluate equipment, safety, and cost.
We're working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion.
This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.
Your expertise will also drive improvements for rocket engine component design, maintenance, and refurbishment.

Ability to work in a team environment with multiple rapidly changing priorities.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to use standard tools and basic fabrication equipment.
Experience assembling and troubleshooting aerospace or military hardware.
Familiarity with proper disposal of hazardous waste.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams.
Strong organization skills.
Excellent demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to document and maintain accurate records, as well as read drawings and prints.
Attention to detail, passion for space and for success.
Desired:
Experience operating heavy lifting equipment such as cranes and forklifts around flight critical hardware.
Knowledge of drawing and work order review and familiarity with inventory and issue tracking systems.
Experience with wire harnesses, torque tools, ESD handling.

Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays.
