About the role

This position serves as the on-site safety leader, actively engaging employees at all levels to promote a strong safety culture.
The Principal Safety Coordinator is expected to be a visible, hands-on leader, reinforcing safety and operational excellence while empowering employees to take ownership of their health and safety.

Developing, analyzing, and reporting safety performance metrics.

Minimum 2 years' experience in safety-related duties in manufacturing or warehousing.
Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Required:
High school diploma or GED
Preferred:
Minimum 2 years' experience in environmental, health, and safety in manufacturing, warehousing, etc.
Subject matter expert in environmental regulations
Certified trainer for powered industrial trucks
Possess safety certifications (ASP, CSP, etc.)
Excellent written/verbal communication skills - interfacing with all departmental leaders
Excellent administrative skills - presentations, trend graphing
Strong problem-solving skills - lean principles

Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
