About the role

At Wondfo USA's San Diego site, you will contribute to the production of diagnostic tests for the healthcare market.
Receiving Receive, inspect, and verify all shipments for accuracy against the associated packing list.
Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials and notify the supervisor immediately.

Help maintain accurate inventory records.
Document any materials pulled from inventory.
Perform routine warehouse cleaning duties as noted on the cleaning log.
Collaborate with other departments when necessary.

Forklift experience and prior certification (required).
Proficiency in computer programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs unassisted.
Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
Team-oriented attitude with effective communication skills (ability to interface with management and staff to ensure key objectives are understood and executed).
Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Update inventory to reflect any leftover materials from production, as well as any additional materials required to complete lot production.
Assist other departments with shipping needs as required.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong time management skills and adaptability.

1-2 years of previous warehouse or general labor experience (preferred).
Knowledge of operating a manual/electric pallet jack (preferred but not required).
Experience using logistics software and inventory management systems (preferred).
