About the role
- Wilner & O'Reilly, APLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our growing immigration law team.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a current law student or recent law school graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in a client-focused legal environment.
- This position offers meaningful exposure to case strategy, legal research, drafting, and client interaction across multiple areas of immigration law.
Responsibilities
- Draft motions, declarations, memoranda, and supporting legal documents
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- As a Law Clerk, you will work closely with Attorneys to support a variety of immigration matters.
Nice to have
- Prior immigration law experience is preferred, but not required
- Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
