About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support patients on anticoagulation therapy across Colorado and Montana.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and advanced practice providers to ensure safe, high‑quality care and monitoring.
  • Manage applications for home monitoring devices and related services.
  • Perform clinic administrative tasks, including scheduling visits and handling phone calls.

Requirements

  • High School or equivalent is required
  • Current knowledge of state and federal regulations and statutes regarding the practice of pharmacy and the distribution of approved drugs, controlled substances, and investigational agents.
  • Assists the pharmacist in collecting clinical and other patient information and maintaining appropriate records as required by regulation and policy.
  • Candidates for this role are required to have an active Pharmacy Technician license in Utah, Colorado, Montana or Nevada.
