About the role
- Freese and Nichols is seeking a BIM/CAD Designer to join our Austin TX, office.
- Join Freese and Nichols as a BIM/CAD Designer and become a key player in shaping the future of water and wastewater infrastructure across Central Texas!
- In this role, you'll have a hands-on impact designing cutting-edge linear utilities, state-of-the-art pump stations, and advanced treatment plants.
Requirements
- 1+ years' experience with a broad base in engineering design and technical support of engineering utilizing BIM/CAD software.
- Experience with Revit or Civil 3D including familiarity with alignments, pressure pipe networks, gravity pipe networks, surfaces, and data management.
- Proven ability to learn, adapt, and problem solve to produce accurate and quality deliverables.
- Ability to work with all levels of personnel.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Associate degree in BIM/CAD or Design/Drafting Technology.
- 3+ years' experience using Revit.
