About the role

  • We have an opportunity for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our New Brighton, MN team.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring products are in compliance with global product regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate products in the design stage and research standards or regulations that apply.
  • Maintain all certification reports, current standards, and regulations relating to products.
  • Maintain and update budgetary items associated with compliance and regulatory costs for product lines under the position's purview.

Requirements

  • Have earned a bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Engineering or related field.
  • Have 1+ years of technical/compliance background or equivalent experience. Experience in product/regulatory compliance preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Have 1+ years of technical/compliance background or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in product/regulatory compliance preferred.
  • Intermediate to Expert Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of freshwater agency standards, CE, and/or other International or National standards a plus.

Compensation

  • For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61200 - $113600 / year.
  • At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range.
  • Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location.
  • Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
  • This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
