About the role
- We are seeking a skilled, customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Perform warranty service calls in accordance with manufacturer and company guidelines.
- Maintain service vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Collaborate with dispatchers, warranty administrators, manufacturers, and management to resolve service issues efficiently.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- EPA Section 608 Certification required.
- Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members.
- Minimum 2-5 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostic procedures, refrigeration systems, electrical troubleshooting, and airflow principles.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
Nice to have
- HVAC certification or technical school training preferred.

- Operates hand and power tools and vehicles.
Compensation
- $70,000 - $120,000 USD
- Uncapped commission potential - our top-performing technicians earn $80,000-$140,000+ annually.
