About the role
- As a UX Writer at Solace, you'll help shape how people experience healthcare through language.
- You'll work alongside Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to craft intuitive, human-centered experiences that help patients navigate complex moments with clarity and confidence.
- We're looking for someone who can simplify complexity, advocate for users, and sweat the details.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Product Design, Product Management, and Engineering from discovery through launch
- Participate in design critiques, user research, and product discussions
- Explore and shape how AI-assisted writing tools can support clear, human-centered product experiences
- Deep understanding of UX writing and content design principles
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience writing for digital products or complex user experiences
- Ability to simplify complex information into clear, approachable language
