The pay range is $95,000.00 - $171,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position.
These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.

A role in Sourcing means having a part in developing products that have a positive impact on people and the planet.
Your industry knowledge and connectivity to our suppliers' activities will help ensure compliance with responsible practices, and you'll have key influence over which supplier partners Target chooses to work with.
You will be responsible for partnering with global sourcing and vendors to deliver high-quality, trend-right merchandise at a great value to our guests.
You will drive sourcing strategy to support global balance, matrix optimization, and help Target achieve our financial plans.

Any relocating talent from these states will need to relocate to MPLS within 30 days from start date.
