About the role

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with 9+ years of industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.
  • Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Develop AI-powered applications utilizing LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
  • Build and optimize end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders to define AI strategies.
  • Develop cloud-native AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform platforms.
  • Implement responsible AI practices, model explainability, and governance frameworks.
  • Drive AI innovation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Graph Databases and Knowledge Graphs.
  • Experience with Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.
  • AI/ML, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Certifications preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Skills

  • 9+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years focused on AI/ML Engineering.
  • Expert-level Python programming skills.
  • Strong experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
  • Extensive experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, and RAG architectures.
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen frameworks.
  • Expertise in Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, FAISS).
  • Strong knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
  • Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
  • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and large-scale data processing frameworks.
  • Strong cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
