About the role
- As a Risk & Reg Alliance Driver - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing partnerships with companies to enhance our client services.
- Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will utilize market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients and enhance the firm's brand and market presence.
- You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Building and maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and opportunities for solution development
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver multi-competency programs that address client needs
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver on client expectations
- Analyzing and identifying linkages within systems to optimize processes and improve outcomes
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to maintain professional standards and relationships
Requirements
- What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience in Partner & Alliance Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of driving demand generation and driving successful programs
- Preference for a Bachelor's degree
Compensation
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
- All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

- $73,500 - $212,280.
- $73,500 - $244,000.
