Requirements

Compensation

  • $100,000 Uncapped Earning Potential: OTE of $150,000-$250,000 annually (base + variable commission), with accelerators for over-performance Comprehensive

  • Drive Measurable Results Achieve 100% of production goals and key performance indicators monthly Lead team to effectively participate in the Objective/Key Results process Build and Develop a High-Performing Team Recruit, lead, and retain a team of up to 15 Sales Representatives Conduct weekly 1-on-1s with each team member Conduct regular performance reviews to meet individual and team goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Lead and participate in sales team meetings, industry trend discussions, and best practice sharing Administer employee recognition programs and SPIFFS reporting Deliver a Best-In-Class Customer Experience Identify, nurture, and grow business from insurance agents and agencies Lead team to execute consistently within sales operations procedures Set proper expectations with customers and collaborate with internal teams to deliver on them
