Responsibilities
- Lead the design, optimisation, and implementation of metallurgical processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, process flow diagrams, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, quality assurance, and maintenance, to achieve project objectives.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment to enhance process performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., P.Eng.) are considered assets.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies.
