About the role

This is a high-ownership generalist role at the intersection of operations, applied AI, data, and customer implementation.
You will turn that operational reality into agent configurations, business rules, integrations, testing systems, and human-in-the-loop paths.
On the same day, you might join a customer workflow discussion, investigate performance using SQL, manually review failed cases, debug an integration with Engineering, and decide whether a workflow is ready for greater automation.

Own the Implementation Build: Own the build workstream for document-agent implementations, from workflow design and configuration through testing, launch readiness, and post-launch performance.
Partner with Customer Strategy, which leads the overall customer implementation, to ensure the build meets customer requirements and timelines.
Design and Improve Workflows: Translate complex customer processes into reliable automated workflows, including document intake, interpretation, routing, downstream actions, and exception handling.
Measure and Prioritize: Build reporting, analyze performance, and prioritize opportunities based on where human-in-the-loop work consumes the most time.
Increase Automation: Diagnose why tasks require human review and develop, test, and monitor improvements that safely move work toward automated completion.
Build the Playbook: Turn successful implementations and optimization approaches into repeatable processes, configurations, and testing methods that help the team scale.
