Responsibilities
- As Senior Director, People Operations, you will lead and scale the systems, programs, and operational infrastructure that power an exceptional employee experience at Ro.
- You'll partner closely with leaders across People, Finance, IT, Legal, and the broader business, serving as both a strategic and operational thought partner.

Compensation
- The target base salary for this position ranges from $201,900 - $263,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable).
