About the role
- As part of our Business Management team, this position will represent customer and stakeholder interests by translating business needs into clearly defined and prioritized work.
- Through ongoing communication with leadership and delivery teams, you'll help guide the consistent development and execution of high-value solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product enablement activities and backlog, ensuring prioritization reflects business value, user needs, and delivery objectives
- Provide timely responses to questions, and ensure relevant information is communicated to delivery teams to support effective and high-value execution
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, and senior leadership regarding priorities, impediments, progress, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with managers and team leads to identify appropriate resources for requirements gathering and user stories
- Maintain sufficient knowledge of system capabilities and developing technologies to assess technical feasibility and support informed decision-making on proposed work
- Effective prioritization, and the ability to manage competing demands in a dynamic environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product enablement, business management, or a related discipline
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, IT or related field
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Experience in software and/or SaaS product enablement
Nice to have
- Experience with requirements gathering, agile delivery practices, user story development, backlog management and cross-functional collaboration is preferred
