About the role

  • Use telemetry tools to track performance metrics, monitor fuel usage, vehicle diagnostics, and maintenance schedules, and ensure operations are running smoothly and within budget.
  • Quickly respond to any disruptions or emergencies by analyzing telemetry data to pinpoint root causes and coordinate corrective actions with the field team.
  • Work closely with field teams, supervisors, and other departments to ensure effective communication and smooth operational flow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or Industrial Engineering
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in relevant industries (transportation, logistics, etc.).
  • Experience with Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping tools or other operational tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with automation and optimization algorithms.
  • Strong understanding of real-time data analysis and decision-making processes based on telemetry metrics.
  • Proficiency in using dispatch and telemetry software tools; familiarity with GPS, fleet tracking systems, or related technologies is a plus.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in logistics, operations, or related field is a plus).
  • 2 plus years of experience
  • Proven experience in a dispatch, logistics, or operations role, ideally with exposure to telemetry or fleet management systems.
  • Proficiency in using dispatch and telemetry software tools
  • familiarity with GPS, fleet tracking systems, or related technologies is a plus.
