Responsibilities

  • Perform general cost accounting and other related duties for the organization.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • The Senior Accountant will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization's assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and other related financial activities.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with strong emphasis on Excel), industry software, and accounting software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Minimum Associate's degree in Accounting, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years accounting experience required, construction industry experience is a plus.
