About the role

Responsibilities

- Define and run the rituals that keep delivery on track: intake, backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies, and regular stakeholder updates that build trust and transparency
- Identify and lead quick wins alongside longer-term integration work, small but meaningful improvements, that demonstrate progress and reduce the operational burden on teams across the business
- Strong experience working with Salesforce as a product surface including objects, flows, integrations, and GTM processes and the ability to partner deeply with Salesforce admins and engineers
Requirements
- Proven track record of integrating multiple internal systems (such as CRM, billing engines, data warehouses, and internal tools) rather than optimizing a single product in isolation
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that span Engineering, GTM, Finance, and Operations, with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
- Ability to run agile product delivery end-to-end, from backlog management and writing epics to release planning, with distributed engineering teams
