  • Own the Month-End Close Perform month-end close and prepare workpaper packages, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and readiness for review.
  • Partner with Operations Support job cost updates, contract administration, and ongoing financial insights that help teams make better decisions in real time.
  • Establish Strong Communication Rhythms Build consistent touchpoints with operations teams to review performance, share insights, and proactively address challenges.
  • Deliver Actionable Insights Use analytical tools and financial expertise to translate data into clear, meaningful business recommendations.
  • Support Risk & Compliance Efforts Coordinate with Risk Management on claims and support audits, CPA reviews, and other financial examinations.
  • Contribute to Team Success Support the development and coordination of accounting team activities, helping maintain strong performance and accountability.
