About the role

- This management position is responsible for assisting with the overall day to day operation of the Imaging clinics including clinical teams.
Responsibilities
- Supports and communicates TNONC strategic goals and priorities to staff as requested.
- Creates and maintains an environment of trust, integrity, open communication, teamwork, and respect.
- Maintains competencies to be in staffing as needed.
- Works collaboratively with others who interact with the clinic as well as with vendors, contractors, and building maintenance.
- Assists with outside vendor requirements such as building maintenance, supply companies, property management, cleaning service, phone & cable services as well as all equipment needs and repairs.
- Performs all duties in accordance with Tennessee Oncology Policies and Procedures Manual and supplemental procedure established for its Imaging Centers
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel to satellite clinics when necessary.
- Must be willing and able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Attends meetings as required.
Nice to have
- 3 years preferred with Oncology/Hematology knowledge.
- Bachelor's or Associate's within the field required.
- Current Certification in Basic Life Support required.
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology preferred.
- ARRT certification in Computerized Tomography preferred.
- Excellent management and leadership skills.

- Knowledge of clinic office procedures, medical practice, and medical terminology.
- Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, systems, and objectives.

Compensation
- Assists with completion of annual evaluations and counseling and/or disciplinary processes/corrective action at the verbal or written level.
