Responsibilities
- Plan, participate, and lead various styles of audit programs.
- Conduct/lead EHS compliance audits.
- Conduct/lead process safety management and risk management program audits.
- Conduct/lead supply chain due diligence/risk audits of various styles.
- Conduct/lead waste receiving facility audits of various styles.
- Lead development of permitting and EHS compliance strategies for client project development in various industries.
- Develop and deliver EHS training to clients in various industries.
- Provide detailed regulatory interpretation of EHS laws and regulations to our clients and develop compliance strategies.
- Maintain and communicate knowledge of current and emerging USEPA, OSHA, and state EHS regulatory requirements.
- Develop effective business presentations and proposals for providing competitive, high-value EHS consulting services.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of experience conducting EHS regulatory compliance audit fieldwork.
- Valid Driver's License and as a condition of employment must be able to pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records review.
- Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required.
Nice to have
- Excellent working knowledge of Federal, State, County/Regional, and Local EHS regulations and consensus standards, including, but not limited to:
- OSHA Compliance - 29 CFR 1910 and 29 CFR 1926.
- Clean Air Act (CAA) - emission inventories, permitting requirements, RMP, PSD, MACT, NSPS, ODS, GHG, and compliance assessments.
- Clean Water Act (CWA) - NPDES and Indirect Discharge permitting and compliance.
- Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) - CWS, NTNCWS permitting and compliance.
- Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) - waste classification, management, and reporting.
- Oil Pollution Act (OPA) - SPCC Plans and FRP.
- Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) - inventory evaluation, Tier II and Form R reporting.
