About the role

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team.
You will help maximize the physical readiness and long-term health of fighter aircrew by addressing musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries, particularly related to neck and back pain caused by flight demands.
Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct MSK Evaluations and Interventions.

Design, Implement, and monitor individualized injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.

3+ years' experience as a PT in Collegiate, Professional, Olympic, Tactical (military), Aerospace industry, or similar environment supporting man-machine high-performance.
Must be a U.S. citizen to obtain Secret security clearance.

5+ years' experience as a PT in Collegiate, Professional, Olympic, Tactical (military), Aerospace industry, or similar environment supporting man-machine high-performance.
Experience must include recency within the last 2 years.
At least one of the following:
ABPTS OCS or SCS certification
Orthopedic or Sports residency / Fellowship Trained
Advanced Dry Needling Certification (Level 2) and Orthopedic Manual Therapy (OMT) Certification.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Effective communication with Aircrew, squadron leadership, and multidisciplinary team members.

Expert ability to assess injury as well as treat acute and chronic conditions.
Strong clinical decision-making and documentation skills.
Knowledge of DHA and MTF electronic documentation systems

To support your transition into this role and location, LMR offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, with $2,500 paid at start and the remaining $7,500 paid in $2,500 quarterly installments over your first three quarters.

As a multidisciplinary team member, you will be an important part of the injury prevention, performance enhancement, and rehabilitation aspects of fighter aircrew.

Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation)
