Responsibilities
- Lead the short-form content strategy and oversee execution across all key platforms.
- Hire, manage, and develop pods of producers, editors, and strategists for each platform to scale high-quality output at a high volume.
- Maintain a high culture of experimentation and performance to keep our content standards extremely high.
- Partner closely with CEO, VP of Marketing, Director of Content Marketing, and cross-functional leaders across Product, Marketing, and People Teams for productions
- You'll collaborate closely with our Media Team on cross-pollinating platform best practices
- A compensated project that gives you an opportunity to work through a short form content project including copywriting, carousel design, and analyzing a data set similar to what you'd tackle in the role
- An interview with a cross-functional peer to learn more about how you collaborate, give and receive feedback, and partner across teams to bring ideas to life
Requirements
- Proven experience growing short-form content across multiple platforms
- Comfort balancing creative instincts with performance data.

- The estimated base salary range for this role is $150K-165K, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package
