Book Fedex and DHL independently, manage issue resolution, and choose the right service (overnight, express, ground) based on budget, deadline, fragility, and client.
Support resolution of incidents, escalate to your manager when needed, and proactively suggest solutions - staying close to the shipment until it's resolved.
Maintain strong inbox management, low number of open conversations, rapid replies, convelio systems updated.
As a Junior Account Logistics Manager at Convelio, you'll take ownership of your own portfolio of shipments end-to-end, from quoting to delivery, with growing autonomy.

You have strong attention to detail and you're well organized, you know how to prioritize and stay on top of multiple shipments at once.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
