About the role

  • You'll work closely with the CRM team to execute multi-channel campaigns across email, push, and SMS - keeping programs running smoothly while contributing to some of our most ambitious initiatives yet.
  • This is a hands-on execution role at a high-volume, fast-moving moment for the subscription business.
  • This position reports to the CRM Associate Marketing Manager and can be fully remote from the 16 U.S. states where IPSY hires.

Responsibilities

  • Support test ideation and contribute to ongoing optimization strategy
  • Write campaign briefs, partner with Creative on asset development, and own the approval process
  • Maintain campaign reporting and surface performance insights across sends and journeys
  • Support major roadmap initiatives including new program launches, tool rollouts, and segmentation strategy

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing
  • Experience with an enterprise ESP (Iterable, Braze, SFMC, or similar)

Nice to have

  • Experience with Iterable
  • Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Movable Ink, Monday.com, or Asana
  • Background in subscription, winback, or new member acquisition
  • A genuine passion for beauty
  • E-commerce experience - especially in beauty

Compensation

  • $68,000 - $75,000 USD
