About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer calls and other contact channels and meet sales objectives.
  • Develop and maintain auto and property insurance product knowledge expertise.
  • We implement them.

Requirements

  • Less than 1 year of relevant experience
  • Required Travel: No Travel Required
  • No Travel Required

Skills

  • High School diploma required. Post-secondary education preferred.
  • Proven sales success.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Bilingual in French and English (an asset).
  • Insurance experience is not required.
  • These tools do not independently make hiring decisions or screen out candidates - all decisions are made through human review.

Compensation

  • Base Salary is $40,000 annually plus commission for non-licensed candidates with a salary progression review after one year.
  • Base Salary starts at $45,000 annually plus commission for licensed candidates with at least one year of insurance experience.
