About the role
- Scheduled between 11am Friday and 7am Monday, per policy
- Orientation may require full time work for a concentrated period of time
- Allegheny General's Float Pool are highly trained expert RNs who cover all areas of AGH based on their specialty and clinical expertise
Responsibilities
- Professionally directs and manages the activities of the patient care delivery by the team members.
- Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team for the plan of care from admission through discharge.
Requirements

- 3 years acute care nursing experience required in Med Surg/Tele
- Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
- CPR - American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
