About the role
- The Product Manager, Consultant will be part of the Digital Member Engagement and Experience team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management.
- In this role, you will use your Product Management expertise to connect clinical and product strategies, creating value-driven roadmaps, while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaboration with clinicians, marketing, and healthcare leaders is vital, along with effectively linking clinical strategy to member engagement goals.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing product development deliverables, such as detailed requirement documentation, data analytics, member journeys, line of business analytics, design reviews, product reviews, implementation, and delivery.
- Requires ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams without authority
- Requires ability to perform as a product area subject matter expert (SME) to educate others about the product
- Experience related to product management including proven ability to lead research initiatives, define strategic roadmaps, craft detailed epics, analyze complex data sets, and manage backlog priorities effectively
Requirements
- A graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirable
Skills
- Outstanding public speaking and presentation skills, including written communications

- Experience working on digital health platforms (Electronic Medical Records like Epic/Cerner, disease management platforms, care management platforms, etc.) is a plus
