About the role
- This is not a back-office management role.
- You are expected to be present on the floor, engaged with the team, connected to members, and deeply invested in the energy, standards, and performance of the club.
- You are equal parts hospitality leader, wellness ambassador, membership driver, and operator.
Compensation
- $80,000 to $90,000 annually Medical, Vision, Dental, EAP for Full-time employees Partial employer contribution to dependent benefits for Full-time employees.
