About the role
- Citadel CPM is in search of a highly experienced Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager to join our team.
- In this role, you will take charge of resolving complex construction project-related issues, disputes, and disagreements, ensuring smooth progress throughout all phases of the projects.

Responsibilities

- Additionally, you will play a key role in developing, assigning, and meticulously monitoring the performance of Construction Managers in relation to the construction schedules submitted.
Requirements
- 17 years full time paid professional experience in project/construction management.
- 5 years of experience in managing large programs with projects having construction values exceeding $50 millions (not cumulative)
- Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes.
- You must have one of the following:
- Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree.
- Candidate must be able to complete the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential within one (1) year of employment.
