Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with Associates Degree, Nursing Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- 4+ years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years' experience in the specialty area for the position
- Must possess advanced knowledge of nursing practice and the ability to apply standards within the Inpatient and/or Outpatient practice areas.

- 2+ years' experience in a leadership role (including Charge Nurse, Team Lead, or RN IV-level at UAMS)
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Able to follow oral and written instructions and communicate with others effectively
- Ability to document services provided
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance organizations/agencies
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Understands and abides by confidentiality policies
Nice to have
- Master's in Nursing (MSN)
- National Nursing Certification in the specialty area of for the position
