About the role
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate, located in Dallas, TX.
- Tasks will include managing client deliverables, conducting research, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure project success.
- Qualifications 3+ years in public accounting/consulting (Big 4 or equivalent) and/or corporate accounting/finance, with progressive responsibility.
Responsibilities
- As a Senior Associate in our Financial Accounting Advisory Services team, you will be a key contributor on client engagements spanning technical accounting, audit readiness, controllership support, and process optimization.
- You'll work directly with client finance leaders and cross‑functional BAO teams, owning workstreams end‑to‑end while mentoring staff and advancing your own technical depth.
- You will be responsible for providing strategic consulting support to clients, analyzing data, and developing actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Accounting (or related field).
- Excel (modeling, data manipulation) and PowerPoint proficiency
- Team mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving, client‑first environment.
Nice to have
- CPA (or CPA‑eligible/candidate) strongly preferred.
- Strong, up‑to‑date knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- IFRS exposure a plus.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills across staff‑to‑executive stakeholders; crisp memo writing.
