Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Capacity Management: Manage and scale the Planning Leadership Team, coaching them to be world-class developers of talent who master the human elements of advice.
- Own the delivery of core metrics - pod NPS, planner capacity, and member action on advice - across a large, scaling workforce, ensuring high volume never dilutes quality.
- Champion of Human / Technology Synergy: Lead the organization through the adoption of new technology, ensuring planners retool their skills to act as connectors to our team of experts and products.
- Metric Consistency: Drive functional alignment to ensure all members have a high quality experience at every touchpoint.
- Strategic Communication: Translate complex business strategies into an inspiring "why" that drives organizational action and talent growth.
- You understand that change is hard for people, and know how to build deep trust, handle pushback, and bring hesitant teams along with you.
- Manage and scale the Planning Leadership Team, coaching them to be world-class developers of talent who master the human elements of advice.
Requirements
- A Leader of Leaders: You have deep experience coaching other managers to be better leaders.
- A Proven Scale Driver: You have explicitly done this before.
- You have successfully led a large team (50+) through a major structural and/or operational evolution while maintaining peak team performance and high morale.
- You are a highly resilient leader who thrives under pressure and serves as a stabilizing force that keeps the team focused, motivated, and execution-oriented during rapid growth.
- CFP® Designation (Required).
- 12+ years of experience in financial planning or related services

Compensation
- $200,000 - $250,000 base salary + bonus: Determined by experience, knowledge, and skills.
