Requirements
- To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.
- Candidates for the GS-14 grade level must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower GS-13 grade level in the Federal service.
- Specialized experience for this position is defined as having experience in the following areas: Planning, coordinating, and overseeing facilities operations for large historical or commercial facilities.
- Candidates for the GS-15 grade level must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower GS-14 grade level in the Federal service.
- Specialized experience for this position is defined as having experience in the following areas: Managing and executing complex facilities operations or modernization programs for large historic or commercial facilities.
