Oversees and directs the activities of the jurisdiction's engineering and facility operations staff and the Planning, Evaluation and Operations Branch, including the Business Financial Analyst (BFA).

Candidates for the GS-14 grade level must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower GS-13 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position is defined as having experience in the following areas: Planning, coordinating, and overseeing facilities operations for large historical or commercial facilities.
Candidates for the GS-15 grade level must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower GS-14 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position is defined as having experience in the following areas: Managing and executing complex facilities operations or modernization programs for large historic or commercial facilities.
