- The Waymo Driver powers Waymo's fully autonomous ride-hail service and can also be applied to a range of vehicle platforms and product use cases.

- Join the Market Operations Team in a role pivotal to our end-to-end performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive fleet readiness across a portfolio of platforms within the market, ensuring the AV fleet meets stringent performance benchmarks and "ready-for-service" standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to established processes and provide high-level performance insights and executive-ready reporting to Global Fleet Leadership.

Requirements
- Experience auditing vendor "Standard Work" and safety certifications is essential.
- Strong ability to interpret complex datasets to identify operational gaps, mitigate risks, and make informed decisions that impact market-level economics.
- Ability to translate high-level organizational goals into actionable field strategies that inspire and motivate both internal and vendor teams.
Compensation
- $187,000 - $196,000 USD
