About the role

  • This position blends traditional Medical Assistant responsibilities with front-end patient coordination functions to ensure smooth clinic operations - especially during launch and early growth phases.
  • This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a team-first mindset, as you may rotate between clinical and patient-facing administrative responsibilities based on operational needs.
  • As a PRN team member, you will provide coverage for planned staffing needs, including PTO and schedule gaps, while maintaining a commitment to working a minimum of one Saturday per month.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Care & Provider Support
  • Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, RSV, COVID, hemoglobin, etc.).
  • Support medication refills, prior authorizations, referrals, and patient recall efforts.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

  • BLS certification required
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
