Responsibilities
- Manage the Workday Center of Excellence ticket queue in accordance with the outlined procedure
- Support basic testing of updates once configuration is completed.
- Support the HCM - Center of Excellence team
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Experience with Workday or similar HCM system
- Experience working in an HR team
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow or other work management system
Compensation
- Salary range of $55,000 - $60,000 based on education and experience.
