About the role
- SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Receiving Clerk position is a role within the Material Control Department responsible for receiving shipments of products inbound from Italy and North America.
- This role will be responsible for processing information, maintaining an accurate record of all transactions, inspecting goods, and ensuring the efficient handling and organization of received goods.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS RECEIVING Assist in the management of storage and use of materials to improve inventory accuracy.

- Maintain accurate documentation of all actions/conversations/issues through workflow tools.
- Maintain a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive routine.
- Maintain a safe, clean, orderly, and accessible work area and follow safety protocols.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time, some walking.
- Employees are regularly required to talk and/or hear.
- This work will involve a variety of hand operations requiring a high degree of manual dexterity and close visual attention.
- The employee must be able to carry and/or lift up to 50 lbs. if needed.
- Experience with pallets jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Forklift Experience required.
- Must be able to work well with others and have excellent communication skills.
Compensation
- 20.00 - 23.00 USD per hour (Hollywood, CA)
