About the role
- Job Description: Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking an Artificial Lift Specialist reporting to the Production Foreman in San Angelo, Texas.
- This position will be responsible for analyzing and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and maximize production output.
- The ideal candidate will have strong technical as well as communication skills and be able to contribute his/her expertise while working on multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry, with a focus on operations optimization.
- Familiarity with production operations, including optimization techniques in the industry.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various well sites and facilities as needed.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- technical certification or associate degree in a related field
- Previous experience with shooting fluid levels on wells, conducting tubing integrity test, and other surface test in relation to downhole issues
- Previous experience overseeing slickline jobs

Skills
