Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- MBA or CPA preferred.
Skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and operational metrics.
- High level understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOX/internal control requirements
- Proficiency in digital tools (excel, ppt), ERP (Oracle, HFM, OneStream), data analytics tools (Tableau, etc.)
- Working Conditions/Schedule
- Onsite in Burlington, MA office 4 days/week
- May be asked to travel occasionally (anticipated to be around 10%)

Compensation
- $174,000.00 - $218,000.00
- The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure.
- Final compensation may vary above or below this range depending on factors such as experience, education (including licensure and certifications), qualifications, performance, and geographic location, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
